Russian Ombudsman asked trump to have mercy on pilot Yaroshenko

The Commissioner for human rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova addressed to the President of the United States Donald Trump to pardon Russian pilot Konstantin Yaroshenko. About the Ombudsman said the TV channel “Russia 24”, reports Sunday, may 21, RIA Novosti.

“Today signed a letter to the US President on his pardon,” — said Moskalkova, answering a question of journalists about the case of Russian.

She added that her appointment came the wife of the pilot, and told about the bad conditions in an American prison.

In 2011, the us court sentenced Yaroshenko to 20 years in prison on charges in the preparation of the conspiracy to commit delivery of large quantities of drugs into U.S. territory.

Earlier it was reported that in February, Lyubov Yaroshenko, the mother of a convicted pilot, wrote a letter to Donald Trump asking to pardon her son.
