MOSCOW, may 12. /TASS/. A citizen of the DPRK, preparing attacks against the country’s leadership, was recruited by over $20 thousand by the CIA and South Korean intelligence. This was stated by the North Korean Ambassador to Russia Kim Hyung Jun.
