TFR has addressed in court with the petition for correspondence arrest of Mikhail Yurevich
The investigator appealed to the court of Yekaterinburg for a warrant for correspondence detention of the former Governor of Chelyabinsk region Mikhail Yurevich. This was reported by lawyer Igor Trunov.
“Only that the investigator gave the court three volumes of materials of the case and the petition for election concerning Yurevich of a measure of restraint in form of detention. By law, consideration of this petition should be held for eight hours”, — quotes the lawyer TASS.
Earlier it became known that Mikhail Yurevich declared in the international search. We will remind, the former Governor of the Chelyabinsk region charged with part 6 St. 290 criminal code (bribery) and part 4 of article 33 and part 2, article 128.1 of the criminal code (incitement to defamation).
According to investigators, he received bribes from the Minister of health of Chelyabinsk region Vitaly Teslenko in total amount of 26 mln. As believes a consequence, Mikhail Yurevich also incited his first Deputy Oleg Grachev to the spread of slander about the activities of the Chairman of the Chelyabinsk regional court Feodor Vyatkin. Mr. jurewicz denies all charges. The former Governor was not one of the assigned interviews.
