In the state Duma it is planned to introduce a bill regulating the activities of sorcerers. This was reported by the author of the document, the Deputy of legislative Assembly of Leningrad region Vladimir Petrov (United Russia), RIA Novosti reported on Friday, may 12.
The politician explained that the project is now seen by his colleagues in the regional Parliament. “If approved, I hope that this should happen before the recess, it will be sent to the State Duma,” — said Petrov. The legislator noted that talks with the deputies of the lower chamber of the Federal Assembly for the direct introduction of the document.

However, he does not distinguish between the concepts of “mage”, “warlock” or “psychic”, however, it is proposed to form a register of persons who claim possession of supernatural powers. It is planned that they will obtain special permits for their work.
