The President of Russia Vladimir Putin instructed to ensure that from 1 July 2017 the indexation of funds allocated for the payment of presidential grants in sphere of culture and art, a list of instructions following the plenary meeting of the forum of regional and local media “Truth and justice”, published on the Kremlin website.
“To ensure that from 1 July 2017 the indexation of budgetary appropriations of the Federal budget allocated for payment of grants of the President of the Russian Federation in the field of culture and art, based on the level of inflation, established by Federal law for the next financial year and planning period, beginning in 2012”, — stated in the message.
Putin also instructed to study the increase in the volume of budget funds allocated for the payment of these grants, considering the inclusion in the list of recipients of grants of the Perm state academic Opera and ballet theatre named after P. I. Tchaikovsky.
The deadlines — 1 June 2017.
The President instructed until July 15, 2017 to submit proposals on strengthening the responsibility for violation of the rules for the treatment of solid waste.
Putin appointed Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev is responsible for these tasks.
