Lavrov and Tillerson has held a phone conversation
The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov held a telephone conversation with U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson. About it reports a press-service of the Russian Ministry of foreign Affairs.
The foreign Ministers discussed “some issues of bilateral relations sphere”.
“The sides discussed the schedule of upcoming Russian-us contacts, including coordinated conversation on the sidelines of the Ministerial meeting of the Arctic Council in Fairbanks (USA) 10-11 may”, — stated in the message of the foreign Ministry.
In addition, diplomats briefly exchanged views on the international meeting on Syria to be held in Astana on may 3-4, said the Russian Ministry.
As expected, the meeting will be attended by the delegation of the Syrian opposition, who missed the previous round of negotiations.
