MOSCOW, February 28. /TASS/. The first contacts with U.S. officials had not discussed and did not discuss criteria for lifting the sanctions, but to conduct a political dialogue with Washington without them it would be easier. This was stated by Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, speaking at a round table in the state Duma, devoted to Russian-American relations.
