MOSCOW, February 28. /TASS/. The Central election Commission of Russia has adopted all possible measures within its competence revealed during the parliamentary and regional elections on September 18 violations, 23 cases were prosecuted. This was reported to journalists by the Chairman of the CEC of the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova at the meeting with Communist party leader Gennady Zyuganov.
