Live near the forest will be overhead
From March 1, citizens who are proficient in areas adjacent to the forest will be obliged to follow fire safety of the forest. This is stated in the Government Decree N 807 18.08.2016. After fully the snow melts, they will have to clear the area of dry branches, brushwood and other combustible materials on the strip with a minimum width of 10 metres from a forest. Or to protect the forest from their property fire barrier with a minimum width of 0.5 meters.
Caring for the forest will be the responsibility of public authorities, local governments, institutions, organizations and so on. They would have to provide air or space imagery and ground photos and video recording and apply these data to report on the use of forests (for example, firewood). It is already mentioned in the Federal law of 23 June 2016 N 218-FZ “On amendments to the Forest code of the Russian Federation and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation to improve the regulation of forest relations”.
The document significantly increases the fines for violation of forestry legislation. Officials will have to pay from 5 thousand to 10 thousand rubles, and legal entities – from 200 thousand to 300 thousand rubles.

In the alcohol market – a new order
From 31 March there will be a new license, which the entrepreneurs will have to obtain for the retail sale of alcohol in the provision of catering services.
Also, a ban on the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in the provision of catering services in buildings, structures, constructions, premises in the possession and use of educational, medical and sports institutions. This is stated in the Federal law of 3 July 2016 N 261-FZ.
In addition, on 31 March, the sellers of any alcohol should start to use kontrolno-cash technics. And this applies to all, including individual entrepreneurs and organizations on UTII, USN and PSN. This is stated in the letter of Rosalkogolregulirovanija from 31.01.2017 N 2148/03-04 and on the website of the Federal tax service.
