DUSHANBE, February 27. /TASS/. The Kremlin is surprised by the unwillingness of Kiev to resolve the transport blockade of the Donbass region. This was stated press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.
“In Moscow repeatedly said transport blockade seriously destabilizie the situation, it hinders the settlement process, it prevents de – escalate the situation,” he said. “In the end, it further distances us from the fact that at least to approach the implementation of the Minsk agreements”, – said the press Secretary.
“The inability or unwillingness of Kiev to get rid of this transport blockade, of course, causes bewilderment,” – said Peskov.
