MOSCOW, February 27. /TASS/. The Chairman of the CEC of the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova said that the polling day should be in October, not in September. She announced this to journalists after a meeting with the leader of “Fair Russia” Sergei Mironov.
“If there is a single day of voting and he has a right to exist, in the interests of voters, participants of the electoral process it would be better if he was at least in October,” she said, stressing that it was her personal opinion and not a consolidated position of the CEC.
