The Presidium of the Supreme court overturned the conviction of activist Ildar Dadina, convicted under the article for repeated violations during mass rallies, reports the Agency “Moscow”.
10 February, the constitutional court on the results of consideration of the complaint of the activist decided that it made in relation to judicial acts should be reviewed.
In December 2015, the court recognized the Dading guilty and was sentenced to three years in prison, later reducing the sentence to two and a half years. A year later, the Supreme court has refused to reconsider the sentence, not found in the case of violations.
