The electoral Commission of the Samara region has deprived of powers of all members of two precinct election commissions in the village Rozhdestveno of fraud in last September’s elections. On Tuesday, January 21, reported on the website of the regional electoral Commission.
“In conclusion, the working group identified a number of violations of electoral legislation committed by members of the PEC number 0707 and 0708 room during the elections”,— stated in the message.
The new composition of district election commissions with deliberative vote will be assigned from the reserve of the territorial election Commission of the Volga district of the Samara region.
The inspection was initiated after a video message of the Deputy of regional Duma Michael Matveev. The MP claimed that the two areas were recorded “carousel and stuffing”.
In November last year the Investigative Department of the TFR in the Samara region initiated two criminal cases under article “falsification of voting results”. According to investigators, at sites number 0707 and 0708 room during the elections were falsified signatures on the voter list and illegally obtained ballots.
In the same month, investigators in the Primorsky territory opened a criminal case against a member of the precinct election Commission room 522 with the right to vote on the fact of falsification of election documents.
On 21 September, the Chairman of the CEC of Russia, Ella Pamfilova said that on the facts of violations during the election campaign instituted 32 criminal cases.
Elections to the lower house of the Federal Parliament and several dozen regional legislative Assembly were held on 18 September. According to their results, “United Russia” has received in total on the lists and single-mandate constituencies 343 seats, the Communist party — 42, LDPR — 39, “Fair Russia” — 23.
