Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andrey Artemenko said that in the United States delivered a plan for the lifting of sanctions against Russia. The purpose of this plan is the normalization of relations between Ukraine and Russia. This writes The New York Times.
Artemenko told the details of the plan. According to him, in the drafting of the document was attended by several dozen Ukrainian deputies who were trying to paint a plan of action to resolve the situation in the East of Ukraine.
According to the plan submitted by the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine reports Crimea is leased by Russia for a long period, followed by a referendum and finally decided who it belongs to.
Also we are talking about holding a national referendum on the special status of Donbass. According to the MP, presented the plan also States that it is planned to create a Fund for the revival of Donbass, which will go from different countries, including Russia.
