MUNICH, February 18. /TASS/. Judging by some statements at the Munich conference, the cold war never ended. This was stated by Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, speaking at the Munich conference on security issues. Kiev should embark on the implementation of the Minsk agreements, there is no alternative, he added.

Regaining control of Kiev over the border with Russia is possible only after the implementation of the Minsk agreements, which is not observed.
