The inquiry is the person allegedly responsible for transportation of the launcher rocket complex “Buk” — members of the armed forces of the breakaway Donetsk national Republic (DND) “Gloomy”. According to the report, is a retired Russian officer Sergey Dubinsky.
It is reported that Bellingcat transmitted these data to a group of investigators who are conducting a criminal investigation of the crash of Boeing MH17 that was shot down in the Donbass in July 2014. The investigation involved investigators from Australia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Malaysia and Ukraine.
