Called Bellingcat the identity of the alleged culprit in the crash of Boeing-777 in Donbas
International expert and journalist group Bellingcat published a report “Who is “Gloomy”: a retired major General, is associated with the fall of the MH-17″.
The inquiry is the person allegedly responsible for transportation of the launcher rocket complex “Buk” — members of the armed forces of the breakaway Donetsk national Republic (DND) “Gloomy”. According to the report, is a retired Russian officer Sergey Dubinsky.
It is reported that Bellingcat transmitted these data to a group of investigators who are conducting a criminal investigation of the crash of Boeing MH17 that was shot down in the Donbass in July 2014. The investigation involved investigators from Australia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Malaysia and Ukraine.
We will remind, on July 17, 2014 Malaysian Boeing-777 flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur. The plane crashed in Eastern Ukraine, where at that time there were active hostilities. All were on Board 298 people were killed.
In September in the Netherlands, international Commission of inquiry presented the second part of the report on the investigation into the death of Malaysian Boeing. The investigators concluded that in Donbass “fire installation “Buk” delivered from the territory of the Russian Federation and then returned to the territory of the Russian Federation”.
