GORNO-ALTAISK, February 15. /TASS/. Rescuers resumed with the onset of daylight the search for the helicopter with five passengers that disappeared over lake Teletskoye in the Altai Republic. About it reported in GU Ministry of emergency situations in the region.

“Work continued on the lake — the search area is divided into 87 squares, each with an area of 150 by 100 metres. Today continue the dive of the remotely operated deep-diving vehicle of the Falcon — with it slowly and methodically will explore the bottom of the lake,” said the Agency.

Camera Falcon already examined the bottom of the lake on an area of 500 square meters at a depth of 250 metres, yet. Rescuers Altai search and rescue team examined two kilometers of coastline up from the mouth of the river Kocchi. For aerovisual survey of the water area involved three aircraft, viewed 30 square kilometers.

On the eve of the six rescue of the West Siberian search and rescue team with diving equipment inspected the bottom of the lake 100 meters below the mouth of the river Kocchi — search yielded no results. According to the MOE region, grouping of forces and means in the search space is reduced to 71 people and 21 units of equipment.

As previously reported, the helicopter disappeared over the lake Teletskoye in Turochaksky district on the evening of 12 February. On Board were five people: former Deputy Prime Minister of the Altai Republic Anatoly Bannykh, CEO of the company HeliClub (Moscow) Maria Kozintsev, chief pilot of the company Dmitry Rakitskaya, his wife Elena Rakitskaya and professional base jumper Gleb Voevodin. In place of missing 13 Feb was found the body of a woman. Investigating bodies Western – the Siberian investigatory management on transport is in fact PE initiated a criminal case.
