On Board were five people: former Deputy Prime Minister of the Altai Republic Anatoly Bannykh, CEO HeliClub Maria Kozintsev, chief pilot of the airline”, Altavia” Dmitry Rakitsky and his wife and another passenger Gleb Voevodin.
