By the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Executive office in Regardie appointed seven generals, according to the website of Regardie.
So, the General-the major of police Alexander Zhilkin was appointed head of the Main Directorate of private security, major-General Viktor Matsyuk – chief of staff, major-General Vasily Fedoruk, head of the Main Directorate of special forces, major-General Alexander Cherkasov, the first Deputy commander of the North Caucasian district troops of the national guard, Lieutenant General Mykola Protasov, the Deputy commander of the North Caucasian district troops of the national guard, major General Alexander Romanenko, the first Deputy commander of the North-West district of national guard troops, the General-the major of police Vyacheslav Andreev – head of the Federal service of national guard troops of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
In April of last year Putin announced the creation of Regardie on the basis of internal troops of the interior Ministry. Structure is concerned with the fight against terrorism and organized crime. Also Putin has established the staffing of the Central apparatus of Regardie 2.1 thousand people.
