Several bags of dead animals were found near Bryansk. Inside the packages were the mutilated bodies of foxes – they have been stripped not only the hair but also the top layer of skin. This writes the newspaper “Komsomolskaya Pravda”.
The incident occurred on 7 February. Bags with a disfigured corpses of unknown animals have been discovered in the forest in Fokine’s district of Bryansk. Also in the bags were disposable gloves and masks. Examination showed that the bags were the bodies of the foxes.
It is noted that criminal proceedings will not be instituted because there is no crime. However, the veterinary Department of the Bryansk region can initiate a several administrative cases.
