Japan protested the Russian names of the five Kuril Islands

Japan has sent Russia a protest against the naming of unnamed Islands in the Kuril Islands. This was stated by the Secretary-General of the Japanese Cabinet Yoshihide Suga, RIA Novosti reported.


 


“This is not the position of our country and is extremely regrettable. Through the diplomatic channel on 13 February was sent to the protest of Russia”, — quotes the words of Sugi Agency Kyodo.
