A NATO battalion is hosted in Lithuania at the right time and right place – so the U.S. military has welcomed today the President of this Baltic Republic Dalia Grybauskaite. She spoke at the official presentation of the unit.
The Alliance, according to the head of the Baltic countries, showed their unity in the face of geopolitical challenges. Apparently, she hinted in this case on Russia.
It is on the curb of the Russian Federation officially and directed exercise “Atlantic determination”. Part of the international battalion in the Baltics, will include more than a thousand soldiers and more than 30 tanks and infantry fighting vehicles.
