French President Francois Hollande at the informal EU summit stated that the EU wants dialogue with Russia, but sanctions should remain until the full implementation of the Minsk agreements.
“France wants dialogue with Russia, as well as Europe, as well as the United States. However, in Ukraine, our General position remains that the sanctions should remain until the full implementation of the Minsk agreements” — leads TASS words of Hollande.
Earlier, the representative for foreign Affairs and security policy of the European Union Federica Mogherini said that Europe is interested in Russia was a strong country.
