Deputy head of the Rostec appointed Alexander Nazarov

MOSCOW, February 6. /TASS/. Deputy General Director of Rostec was the former managing Director for non-core and distressed assets of the state Corporation Alexander Nazarov, and not the former defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov. This was reported TASS the press service of Rostec.

Previously, the newspaper “Kommersant” reported that Serdyukov might be appointed Deputy CEO of Rostec.

“Dmitry Shugaev, has been appointed Director of the Federal service on 3 February dismissed in the Corporation. Deputy General Director of Rostec since 6 February 2017 appointed Alexander Nazarov, managing Director for non-core and distressed assets of Rostec. International cooperation will be overseen by Dmitry Lelikov, Deputy General Director for investments”, – said the press service.

As noted in the Corporation, Nazarov has serious managerial experience. “During the work in the Assistance he was able to restructure a number of distressed assets, improve the efficiency of enterprise management, to systematize the work with non-core assets of the Corporation. This activity he will continue in the new status. Other purpose in connection with the transition of Dmitry Shugaev in the Federal service is not provided,” – said General Director of Rostec Sergey Chemezov.
