MOSCOW, February 3. /TASS/. Sharp aggravation of the situation in the Donbass, which killed people and destroyed their houses, provoked by Kiev as an excuse for refusing to implement the Minsk agreements. This statement was made by permanent representative to the UN Vitaly Churkin at the meeting of the Security Council of the world organization.

Speaking at a UN security Council meeting, Churkin pointed to the fact that the deterioration of the situation at the line of contact in Donbas, in particular near Avdeevka and Yasinovataya, responsible Ukrainian authorities and controlled by them. This, according to the diplomat, confirmed by the CCTV footage that the region has placed the experts of the OSCE mission. In addition, he drew attention to the bravado of some Ukrainian military commanders about the progress of the army forward.
