Deputy Minister of defence of Ukraine Igor Pavlovsky today in the course of communication with journalists, acknowledged the fact that the Ukrainian armed forces are conducting offensive operations in the Donbass, reports TASS.
“Today, whatever it is, but meter by meter, step by step, having the opportunity, our boys heroically so far,” said Pavlovsky, commenting on the situation in Avdeevka.
However, Pavlovsky has expressed hope that an agreement on mutual ceasefire will be achieved in the course of the meeting representatives of the contact group on settling the situation in Donbas.
