The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov instructed law enforcement agencies to enhance operational performance and prevent any attempts to destabilize the situation in Chechnya.
Earlier it was reported that two law enforcement officers were killed in the Chechen town of Shali in the course of the elimination of three militants, led by commander of the “Islamic state” (banned in Russia) from Syria.
On Monday, Kadyrov met with the leadership of the Ministry of interior in Chechnya and the regional Department of Regardie. According to the head of the Republic, law enforcement has improved the operational-search activity. However, he added that “the work needs to toughen up”.
“I have instructed unit commanders to intensify operational work. We had a good fight, it is also good to detect and deter any attempts to destabilize the situation in the country, the recruitment of young people”, — wrote Kadyrov on his page in Instagram.
