According to preliminary data, 17-year-old girl, against whom a criminal case under part 3 of article 354.1 criminal code (“Rehabilitation of Nazism”), in March 2016, was photographed at the monument “to the Fallen soldiers during the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945” in the village of Mineralnye Vody, Sochi urban Okrug.
While posing in front of the memorial, the girl raised her right hand upward, mimicking the Nazi salute. Some time later she published a picture in one of the social networks.
As noted in the investigation Department, it is planned to examine the computer and the mobile phone of the suspect.
