Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald trump has not raised the issue of the abolition of anti-Russian sanctions during a telephone conversation, reported the press-Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov, reports “Interfax”.
Head of the Russian Federation and the United States discussed a number of other topical issues on the international agenda, including the crisis in Syria and Ukraine, the situation with Iran’s nuclear program and more.
During the conversation, Putin and trump have agreed to jointly fight against terrorists, not the Islamic state, discussed future personal meeting, and expressed sympathy in relation of Nations to each other.
Vladimir Putin also congratulated Donald trump on assuming the post of President of the United States and wished success in future activities. Earlier it became known that the first official talks between leaders of the two countries in the new trump status lasted for 45 minutes.
