In Belarus on the night of 28 January, died of Soviet pop singer, former member of the ensemble “Veras” Alexander Tikhanovich. About it reported in Instagram his daughter Anastasia. People’s artist of Belarus was 64 years old.
“Tonight was not my dad… We thank everyone who throughout his amazing life’s journey was near. Thank you to everyone who prayed and supported him in the past and very difficult year,” wrote the daughter of the contractor.
Belarusian portal TuT.By writes that in recent Tikhanovich was seriously ill. Date and place of burial of the singer have not yet been determined.
Alexander Tikhanovich was born in Minsk in 1952. He graduated from the Belarusian state Conservatory and began his musical career in the orchestra of the Suvorov military school. In addition to the “Verasy” ensemble, performed in the ensemble “Pesnyary”, and later formed his own band which was called “Minsk”.
