The draft Constitution of Syria, prepared by Russia developed taking into account the positions of Damascus, the opposition and the countries of the region. This was stated by Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
“We have extended in Astana the draft Constitution that we have worked with all the fact that over the years we have heard from the opposition and from the government and from the countries of the region,” Lavrov said, answering questions of deputies in the government hour in the state Duma.
