DAMASCUS, January 26. /TASS/. The people of the region in the valley of Wadi Barada, which provides water to the province of Damascus, returned to civilian life. Already more than 2.6 thousand in force of militia laid down their arms. Those who refused to return to civilian life, the authorities are evacuating families in Idlib province, told journalists the representative of the Russian Centre for reconciliation the warring parties in the Syrian Arab Republic, Colonel Alexander Blinkov.
