The resident informed the police that in the yard the man stabbed the dog. In her description of the attacker managed to find some time later.
“The police patrol detained in the incident. As the man explained, caring for animals was a burden to him and this way he decided to get rid of the dog,” said Yurchenko.
Against 41-year-old resident of the city opened a criminal case under part 1 St. 245 criminal code “cruelty to animals”. The man faces up to six months of imprisonment.
