“Relations of comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Russia maintained at a high level, strategic trust between the two sides is deepening. As for the so-called military presence, it is only speculation and conjecture that has spread on the Internet,” – said in written comments the Chinese foreign Ministry.
Earlier in the Chinese edition of Global Times published a message on the web snapshot was developed by China Intercontinental ballistic missile Dongfeng-41 (DF-41). It was noted that the missile was located in Heilongjiang province on the border with Russia.
