ASTANA, January 24. /TASS/. Moscow has transferred to the armed opposition, the draft Constitution of Syria, prepared by the Russian specialists. This was stated by the special representative of the President of Russia on the Syrian settlement, the head of the Russian delegation at the talks in Astana, Alexander Lavrentiev.
