MOSCOW, January 19. /TASS/. The judgment in the Yukos case is at odds with public international law, which enshrines the principle of non-interference in internal Affairs, and the interpretation of the European court of Convention on human rights does not negate for the Russian legal system the priority of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. About it to journalists was declared by the Plenipotentiary of the Federation Council in KS Andrei Klishas, the head of the house Committee on constitutional legislation and state building.
