Official Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called the erroneous perception of elected President of the USA of Donald trump as a Pro-Russian policy. It is reported RIA Novosti on Friday, January 20.
“This is not our man. This American man is the President of the United States,” — reminded the press-Secretary of the head of state in an interview to “Vesti on Saturday” with Sergei Brilev.
Peskov stressed that “to assume on the part of Western analysts and politicians that this is our man” was their biggest mistake.
On 19 January it was reported that the representative of the Kremlin in an interview with BBC stated the need for good relations between Russia and the United States. He stressed that the position of trump’s “still in question”. In addition, Peskov reminded that Moscow has nothing to do with the cyber attacks, which accuses the Russian government of Washington.
6 January, the Republican wrote on his Twitter page that a good relationship with Russia is “a good thing, not bad.” He promised that under him Moscow “will respect us much more.”
