The Minister of labour and social protection RF Maxim Topilin promised wage growth in the current year. The official said in an interview to “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”.
“Wages, according to our estimates, will increase. Not only the nominal, but real. By the end of 2016 we will likely see a rise in real wages, because since August, a positive trend towards their increase”, – said Topilin, adding that its role in the process will be the implementation “may” decrees of the President about increase of salaries in the public sector.
According to the head of the Ministry of labor, the growth of unemployment in the country is expected. Most likely, it will oscillate within the last year.
