The Kremlin respects the willingness of the elected President of the USA of Donald trump engage in dialogue and to separate truth from falsehood. However, to understand what will be a new bilateral relationship, we need to wait for the start of the new leader of the United States. About it the press-Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with U.S. television channel NBC.
“We respect his willingness to talk, we respect his readiness to try to understand what is fake and what is not. We also respect his willingness to solve problems through dialogue and not through open confrontation,” — said Peskov. He stressed that “we have been waiting for a long time.” Earlier, Kremlin spokesman has already expressed hope that President Vladimir Putin will get along with the new American leader.
“Of course, we welcome this new tone, Peskov said, but stressed that the findings do sooner: — When he will be in the White house when he becomes President things will change. You should wait and see what will be its tone.”
Elected Vice-President of the United States Michael Penny in the CBS interview also touched on the issue of relations between the two countries. According to him, trump is willing to change the situation.
“In the face of the elected President, you see a man who is willing to take a fresh look at the search approach to the horrible relationship that has developed between the United States and Russia today”, — he assured.
Trump won the election held on 8 November. His inauguration is scheduled for January 20.
