“We are talking about procurement of oil and other raw materials from terrorists, and pay them monetary rewards for obtaining permits for production and transportation of goods on the territories under their control”, – he said.
Patrushev stressed that the suppression of such practices is the task of all States, which claim to combat terrorism.
“Unfortunately, the Obama administration talked more than worked with us. Ultimately, it nullified the effectiveness of cooperation with the United States in the fight against terrorism” – declared the Secretary of the Russian security Council.
However, Patrushev expressed the hope that after the change of the White house (January 20, scheduled inauguration of Donald trump), Moscow and Washington engaged in a constructive interaction on this issue.
