MOSCOW, January 6. /TASS/. Two mutually exclusive points of view on the issue of sanctions to the national delegations are formed now in the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), which will resolve the conflict through discussions and possible amendments to the regulations. About this TASS said the head of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Konstantin Kosachev.
