Russian actor and member of the Union of cinematographers Vasily Livanov Thursday at the presentation of state awards in the Kremlin addressed to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin with the request to remain at the head of the state.
“Recently … you had us all excited that expressed their thoughts about what you can be, and it is not necessary to continue the activities of the President. You know what, Vladimir Vladimirovich, if you ever carefully look up to the sky, you will hear a voice “don’t move!””, – Livanov has addressed to Putin.
He added that this voice from heaven was “the voice of our great Motherland Russia.”
Vasily Livanov is known primarily for his role as Sherlock Holmes in the Soviet serial film. Livanov received from the hands of the President of Russia the Order of Merit. Putin on Thursday presented awards for achievements in science, health, art and production. The President also awarded the official representative of the Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, Deputy head of the Russian cardiological scientific-production complex Renat Akchurin, Chairman of the Union of artists of Russia Andrei Kovalchuk and others.
