Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree expanding the list of prohibited narcotic and psychotropic substances and their precursors. On Saturday, January 21, reported on the website of the Russian government.
The extended list includes synthetic cannabinoid and psychoactive substance 4-chloro-N-(1-finetipped-2-iliden) benzolsulfonat. It is noted that the spreading of the latter substance was detected in the territory of foreign States.
In addition, was amended in significant, large and especially large sizes of narcotics and psychotropic substances for the purposes of the relevant articles of the criminal code.
On 15 April the Russian government approved the draft law on pre-trial blocking of Internet resources that provide information about ways, methods of development, production and use of new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances.
