“A month passed after the liberation of Aleppo. However, international humanitarian organizations and do not provide real assistance to the civilian population. Meanwhile, a peaceful life in the city is restored. People risked their lives, returned to their homes and often their own doing their clearance from the remainder after insurgents of improvised explosive devices,” – said Konashenkov.
