In the United States accidentally approved a bill that allows pregnant women to kill
MOSCOW, June 23 — RIA Novosti. In the U.S. state of new Hampshire Republicans accidentally accept the bill according to which pregnant women can commit murder and avoid the criminal prosecution, reports the Huffington Post.
We are talking about the inaccurate wording of the text of the bill, according to which an abortion after 20 weeks would be considered as murder. An error has crept into that part of the document, which describes the exception for pregnant women who want an abortion and their doctors.
Thus, according to the original text, “any act committed by the pregnant woman or the doctor” performing their professional duties, will not be treated as second-degree murder, manslaughter or negligent homicide.
“In this form the bill allows suicide assisted by a doctor, pregnant women can commit murder without consequences, — said the representative of the Republican Dzh. R. Hoell local newspaper, the Concord Monitor. This intent have not been, but it looks that way”.
As noted by Huffington Post, the bill had to be approved in both houses of Congress, and the mistake is noticed only after a week. The law, however, it did not: the Republicans have a chance to make corrections to the document before the Governor will sign it.
Radio reporter new Hampshire, Paige Sutherland, who was present during the discussion of the changes in the bill in the Capitol, said in his Twitter that someone from the congressmen urged “to ensure that pregnant women do not go and kill people”.
