The state Duma adopted in the third and final reading a bill according to which the age limit of officials holding a managerial position in the civil service in the region, can be extended to 70 years. On Friday, June 16, reports TASS.
Amendments to part 1 of article 251 of the law “On state civil service of the Russian Federation” was prepared by the Stavropol regional Duma.
In the explanatory note to the bill it was reported that by increasing the age limit of the official, it will be possible to keep highly qualified management team of the institutions.
The right to life extension, according to the law, is the appointing officer for a position of public authority or appropriate official.
May 25, the state Duma Committee on labor social policy and veteran Affairs recommended the adoption in the first reading a draft law establishing an age limit for doctors. The draft amendments to the Labour code assumes that the position of head of the state or municipal medical institution and his Deputy can not persons over the age of 65 years.
January 1, 2017 entered into force the law under which the retirement age for officials will increase annually by six months. The increase will occur as long as men it will not be 65 years and for women 63 years. Earlier the civil servants retired, and the rest of the citizens: 60 years men and 55 years women.
