Trump earlier critical remarks about the document, believing that it is not in the national interest of the country. To date the US administration has not made a decision about the prospects of the country’s participation in the agreement.

However, later the media, citing its sources reported that the daughter trump Ivanka persuaded him to stay in the agreement.
However, in March, trump signed a decree that abolished the decree of Barack Obama on emissions from coal-fired power plants. Critics trump said that without the same emissions regulations will be difficult to comply with the Paris agreement. Paris climate deal — the first global climate agreement signed by 194 countries in December 2015, defines the global plan of action to curb global warming. It does not imply a renunciation of fossil fuels and emissions of carbon dioxide.
