Residents of suburbs can inform the authorities about the problems through the government portal “Dobrodel”. Deputy Chairman of the government of the region Maksut Shadaev during the meeting, reported to the Governor that a number of municipalities in a timely manner will not respond.
“I ask for next Tuesday to make the first ten municipalities in arrears, we will see the dynamics and the reasons why the municipal authorities do not respond to treatment,” — said Vorobyov.
According Shadaeva, in Balashikha, for example, remain motionless for more than 180 complaints of local residents, in Noginsky municipal district — more than 200.

Internet service “Dobrodel”, similar to the current Moscow Active citizen, began work in October 2015. Municipalities must respond to through the portal of the complaint within eight days.
