Moscow. May 23. INTERFAX.RU — Investigative Committee (SK) Russia has offered to vacate their certified employees in-service in the army, to reduce systemic outflow of qualified staff affecting the work efficiency of the system. The Department has developed and posted on the portal of the independent anti-corruption expertise of the relevant amendments to the law on military duty.

In accordance with the bill, the delay from service in armed forces of the Russian Federation is granted to those who entered the service in the RF IC investigators and heads of investigation bodies, which provided for assigning special ranks.

The authors of the amendments say that is currently part of the staff serving in the investigation Committee, have not reached the age of 27, “in this connection can be called up for military service, which will significantly worsen the staffing situation in the system of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation”.

“Considering that the dismissal on the basis of employees occupying positions of investigators and heads of investigative bodies is systemic, we believe it is possible to speak about negative influence of this factor on the overall activities of the Investigative Committee”, — stated in the explanatory Memorandum.

At the same time, stress in SK, the number of employees of the Department of military age (1116 people) in relation to the total number of recruits by country (152 thousand people) “can not be regarded as the cause of the shortage of military resources.”
